Can I Assign Just One Matter to PI Billing Pros if I Have More with the Same Law Firm? No. You must assign all matters with a particular law firm from the start. This ensures all communications go through us, protecting you and your staff. If you have multiple matters with a law firm, they all need to be assigned to us.
What Information and Documents does PI Billing Pros Need to Start? We usually do not need all the information you have related to a patient. It varies from patient to patient, law firm to law firm. We will let you know the specifics once we get started.
How Do We Send Information and Documents Without Violating HIPAA? Simple. We facilitate this through our HIPAA-compliant document system. We also provide a HIPAA Business Associates Agreement (BAA) during the registration process.
