What’s Your Why That Pushes Your How

Sharing is Caring 📤

This week’s 2-Minute Monday Personal Injury Healthcare Mindset is about what matters.

What’s Your Why that Pushes Your How?

I’ve always done better as a coach tying into people’s why so they can then understand the need for the “how”.

If not, the how doesn’t get done or gets done at a low level. So we all need to make sure we know our whys.

Because it’s the why that matters. And the deeper our Why, the more likely we will achieve the how and make it real.

By deeper, I mean into our bones.  We must FEEL our Why every day.

I also think we each have 2 Why’s: Our Business Mission Why and Our Personal Mission Why.

Here’s what I mean.

Your Business Mission Why might be to Remove Pain from People, as a healthcare provider or staff member.

That mission is even deeper if you had a loved one who had agonized with pain that never got relieved.

Your own past traumatic experience—witnessing pain and agony—deepens your Why and Your Business Mission.

The deeper Business Why means you will do the “how” and what it takes to accomplish that mission to remove pain.

The same goes for your Personal Mission.

Your Personal Mission Why might be to create an extraordinary life for you and your loved ones.

That mission is even deeper if you grew up poor, or your parent or parents sacrificed so you could live a better life.

Or to get and give dreams for you and those around you.

Now that will deepen that “Why” behind the Personal Mission of an extraordinary life.

Those two Missions can and must be aligned, in your head but more importantly, in your heart.

Because both missions matter.

And never feel guilty about making money.

Because more money simply means you can do more mission

BOTH your Business Mission and Your Personal Mission.

And I’ll see you at the next 2MM Healthcare Mindset!
