The new year has a way of putting the past behind you and starting fresh.
I want you all to have your best year level.
But what does it take to get to new and higher levels?.
Outworking everyone is one way, but it isn’t sustainable and isn’t a difference maker.
I have another one.
It’s imitating in order to innovate.
Innovation is the key to long-term growth and success.
It’s working smarter, not harder.
To work smarter, you must improve, and to improve you must innovate.
Yet how can you do that when you have so little time or even knowledge in areas not in your sweet spot?
To not just catch up to others but to pass them by.
The answer?
Find the experts who HAVE innovated, and IMITATE them.
Technology has made this approach available to everyone.
Covid proved it, as we shifted to online learning and working.
Now, you can not only find the innovators who are cutting edge, but learn from them remotely to imitate THEM.
You can attend their webinars, order their books, and if you really want to excel the most and you join their coaching programs.
That’s how you get to new levels.
My own innovation has been in the area of doctors getting paid by PI attorneys who fight every day for a living and often want to pay them scraps.
I innovated by developing, testing and refining what I call Negotiations Aikido and the DISRUPTIVE Method of lien negotiation.
That innovation not only levels the playing field but gives doctors a huge edge.
And I created the ability to imitate my innovation, so that medical providers anywhere in the country can now outdo their competition and the attorneys they have to deal with.
There are so many great innovators out there.
Find the ones that can be a difference maker to you.
Outdo your competition and those you have to battle against, by innovating through imitation.
My challenge this week to you is:
Determine what would be a difference maker for your practice, if you could innovate.
Then locate the coaches and experts in that specific area.
Research them, talk with them, and find the innovators who have developed a pathway to imitate.
Then say “yes” and take a step forward.
It’s how you can quickly change your direction, and your profits, and make this year the best year ever.
And you do that by imitating to innovate.
And I’ll see YOU at the next 2MMM
