Business IS Personal, or You Are in the Wrong Business

Sharing is Caring 📤

I’ve always hated it when I heard someone say: “It’s not personal, it’s just business.”

In today’s society, business and personal are hard to separate.

More than that, our self-esteem and feeling of self-worth rises and falls as does the business we do.

Self-esteem and self-worth are as personal as it gets.

And it affects every aspect of our life and everyone around us.

Truth is, our business heart carries our personal heart.

So don’t tell me it’s not personal, and it’s just business.

To me, business IS personal.

It’s also what makes business FUN.

I LOVE it that way!

So what about YOU?

Do YOU taker YOUR business personally?

If not, why not?

If business is not personal to you, are you in the wrong business?

Is your heart elsewhere?

And is business a grind and miserable?

It’s easy to go through the motions in business as well as our personal lives.

Our relationships and our business can just get stale.

Why? Because we aren’t taking it personally.

When something is truly personal, we act. We do. We care.

Strive for extraordinary.

Both in business and in life.  It’s personal!

My challenge to you this week is this:

Re-assess how you are feeling about what you do.

If business isn’t personal, make it personal or determine what else you should be doing.

If business IS personal and you ARE in the right business, go ALL in.

Take risks.  Go for it.  And take it personally!

You will energize not just your business, but your life.

Why? Because Business IS personal and should be!

And I’ll see YOU at the next 2MMM
