Warren Buffet once said, “Find your bullseye of what you’re working on and let the other things fall away. You’ll feel better if you keep your talents in that bullseye and work on those issues. You’ll feel less bad about letting other things go.”

That’s not just investment advice, it’s a roadmap for how to run your medical business.

As a medical provider or office manager, your time is your most valuable resource. And the more clearly you know your bullseye—your true business priorities, strengths and weaknesses—the easier it is to say “yes” or “no” with confidence and certainty.

No guilt. No drama. Just alignment.

You can’t be everything to everyone, and not everything is going to work best for you.

You need to stay aligned with where your strengths are and where your business is goingWhen that target is clear, the right vendors, alliances, opportunities… they stand out.
